Divide and conquer the DEKA Arena in a 2-Person Team!

DEKA events are designed to allow ALL levels to celebrate fitness together. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, DEKA provides a global fitness test/competition/event/race for ALL levels. On the same day, in the same arena, using the same standards ALL levels come together and celebrate fitness.

DEKA Teams create an energetic and fun environment for pros and beginners alike making Teams a non-threatening start line for those that are (re)starting their fitness journey.

Both teammates will receive a finisher’s shirt, finisher’s medal and a Trifecta Wedge!

DEKA STRONG 2-Person Teams:

• 2 Adults (Ages 14+). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories.
• 2 Youth (10-13). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories.
• 1 Adult (14+) with 1 Youth (10-13). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories where parents can divide and conquer the DEKA arena with their child.

* Adult Team Age Groups (adult ages combined) are 59 & Under, 60-79, 80-99, 100-119, and 120+.

DEKA MILE 2-Person Teams:

• 2 Adults (Ages 14+). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories.
• 2 Youth (10-13). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories.
• 1 Adult (14+) with 1 Youth (10-13). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories where parents can divide and conquer the DEKA arena with their child.

* Adult Team Age Groups (adult ages combined) are 59 & Under, 60-79, 80-99, 100-119, and 120+.

DEKA FIT 2-Person Teams:

• ELITE – 2 Adults (Ages 14+). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories.
• AGE GROUP – 2 Adults (Ages 14+). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories.

* Adult Team Age Groups (adult ages combined) are 59 & Under, 60-79, 80-99, 100-119, and 120+.

But it also motivates me to work harder because I had someone depending on me and vice versa.
