DEKA Strong

DEKA is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones – it’s fitness gamified and designed for all levels. No matter your background or experience, DEKA will help you set your baseline and train with a purpose. The Tri-State DEKA FIT includes a 500-meter run before each zone, 5K total.

Test yourself against a global fitness standard, earn your DEKA Mark and commemorate your achievement with your finisher medal and t-shirt.

What to expect

  • Arrival

    Plan to arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet and get warmed up.

  • What to Bring

    Your ID, Confirmation Email with QR Code, Hydration and Nutrition.

  • Spectators

    Your biggest fans are able to attend free of charge, but please make sure they bring a signed waiver with them. These will be collected before entering the venue.
