DEKA Fit
DEKA is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones preceded by a 500-meter run, 5k in total. DEKA is fitness gamified and designed for all levels. No matter your background or experience, DEKA will help you set your baseline so you can train with a purpose.
We have 5 different heat types:
Open Heat: open to all levels ages 10+
Age Group: eligible for Age Group recognition
Elite Heat: eligible for prizing
DEKA FIT Ruck: ruck or backpack – Male 30lb & Female 20lb
Team Division: teams of 2 (Female, Male, & Co-Ed) divide and conquer the DEKA FIT Arena.

What to expect

Arrival
Plan to arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet and get warmed up.

What to Bring
Your ID, Confirmation Email with QR Code, Hydration and Nutrition.

Spectators
Your biggest fans are able to attend free of charge, but please make sure they bring a signed waiver with them. These will be collected before entering the venue.

Top3 Male and Female Finishers Receive
- First place $1000
