DEKA is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones preceded by a 500-meter run, 5k in total. DEKA is fitness gamified and designed for all levels. No matter your background or experience, DEKA will help you set your baseline so you can train with a purpose.

You’ll be able to choose between any of the following individual or group modalities:

DEKA Fit: is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones preceded by a 500-meter run, 5k in total. Available in Elite, Age Group, and Open categories.

DEKA Mile: is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones preceded by a 160-meter (1 mile in total). Available only in the Open category.

DEKA Strong: is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones with no running involved. Available only in Open category.

DEKA Teams: Divide and conquer the DEKA FIT course as a team of two.

What to expect

  • Arrival

    Plan to arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet and get warmed up.

  • What to bring

    Your ID and the confirmation Email with QR Code.

  • Spectators

    Your biggest fans are able to attend free of charge, but please make sure they bring a signed waiver with them. These will be collected before entering the venue.
