Day 1: Sign up for DEKA FIT Individual and Team Heats! If you are qualified for Elite or Age Group heats, please refer to the registration deadlines. 

Day 2: Sign up for DEKA MILE and DEKA STRONG Heats! If you are qualified for Elite or Age Group heats, please refer to the registration deadlines.

What to expect

  • Arrival

    Plan to arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet and get warmed up.

  • What to Bring:

    Your ID, Confirmation Email with QR Code, Hydration and Nutrition.

  • Spectators:

    Your biggest fans are able to attend free of charge, but please make sure they bring a signed waiver with them. These will be collected before entering the venue.
