What is DEKA STRONG?

Spartan DEKA STRONG consists of ten (10) functional fitness zones with zero running. Every zone is based on rudimentary movements that don’t require any specific training or education to complete. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, jumping/stepping/climbing over something, getting down on the ground and standing back up, and three basic forms of transportation – row, ski, & cycle.

With our 10 DEKA Zones, we’re  providing a well rounded functional test for all levels of fitness. When completed, you’ll earn your DEKA Mark, which will  appear on the DEKA Global Leaderboard the week after the event.

The DEKA STRONG at IDEA World 2023 is FREE with your paid admission to the IDEA World Fitness & Nutrition Expo. Reserving your DEKA STRONG spot is HIGHLY recommended. Here’s how you can snag your spot:

2. Sign up HERE for the IDEA World Fitness & Nutrition Expo.
Admission fee is $20 and gives you full access to the expo on both July 14th & July 15th.
