DEKA is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones – it’s fitness gamified and designed for all levels. No matter your background or experience, DEKA will help you set your baseline and train with a purpose. DEKA FIT includes a 500-meter run before each zone, 5K total.

Test yourself against a global fitness standard, earn your DEKA Mark and commemorate your achievement with your finisher medal and t-shirt.

This DEKA FIT Colorado Road Show is a slimmed down version of the big show featuring the same 10 functional fitness zones preceded by a 500-meter run as all DEKA FIT events, giving you the opportunity to earn your DEKA FIT Mark, DEKA Trifecta, and Finishers Shirt & Medals!

Additionally, DEKA FIT Marks from this Road Show will be added to the Global Leaderboard which means you can also qualify at this event for the 2024 DEKA World Championships!

How this DEKA FIT Road Show differs from our traditional DEKA FIT:

• No Elite cash prizes but Age Group podiums are available!
• No onsite DEKA Merchandise.
• You may bring your own hydration and enjoy the onsite food vendor.

These are the 5 different heat types for this event:

• Open Heat: open to all levels of fitness
• Age Group Heat: eligible for Age Group recognition
• Elite Heat: eligible for podium recognition.
• DEKA FIT Ruck: any ruck or backpack – Male 30lb & Female 20lb – Racers for this heat must bring their own ruck or backpack. * Weight vests and plate carriers are not allowed.
• Team Division: teams of 2 (Female, Male, & Co-Ed) divide and conquer the DEKA FIT Arena.
