DEKA Fit
DEKA is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones – it’s fitness gamified and designed for all levels. No matter your background or experience, DEKA will help you set your baseline and train with a purpose. DEKA FIT includes a 500-meter run before each zone, 5K total.
Test yourself against a global fitness standard, earn your DEKA Mark and commemorate your achievement with your finisher medal and t-shirt.
The DEKA FIT Northeast weekend features two days of epic DEKA competition.
DAY 1: SATURDAY AUGUST 24th REGISTER HERE!
Open Heat: open to all levels of fitness
Age Group Heat: eligible for Age Group recognition
Elite Heat: eligible for prizing
DEKA FIT GORUCK: any ruck or backpack – Male 30lb & Female 20lb – a limited number of loaner rucks will be available on-site courtesy of GORUCK. Eligible for prizes from Titan 6 Actual. * Weight vests and plate carriers are not allowed.
DAY 2: SUNDAY AUGUST 25th – THRILLA IN PHILA Teams Throwdown REGISTER HERE!
Age Group Teams: eligible for Age Group recognition.
Elite Teams: eligible for prizing.
Collegiate Teams: Registrants for this category should be enrolled in a College or University. Podium prizing for top 3 collegiate male/female/co-ed teams & overall podium for top 3 colleges/universities. The first place college wins a unique DEKA FIT College award.
DOD/First Responders Teams: Registrants for this category should be teams of two representing one of the following:
Army
Air Force
Space Force
Navy
Marine Corps
Coast Guard
All Reserve Forces
Law Enforcement
Fire/EMS
Podium prizing for top 3 DOD/First Responders male/female/co-ed teams & overall podium for top 3 departments. The first place department will win a unique DEKA FIT DOD/First Responders Award.
Open Teams: open to all levels of fitness

What to expect

Arrival
Plan to arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet and get warmed up.

What to Bring
Your ID, Confirmation Email with QR Code, Hydration and Nutrition.

Spectators
Your biggest fans are able to attend free of charge, but please make sure they bring a signed waiver with them. These will be collected before entering the venue.
Elite prize money
8/25 Top 3 Teams per prized category receive 1st: $1000, 2nd: $600, 3rd: $400. 8/24 Top 3 Male and Female Finishers Prizes below.

Choose any shift and receive a FREE Race Credit valid for Sprint 5K, Super 10K, Beast 21K, Stadion 5K, City 5K U.S.A., Kids, DEKA FIT, 10k Trail, 21K TRAIL, 50K TRAIL, or 4-hr hurricane heat. (Volunteer heats only.)
