This DEKA FIT Puerto Rico Road Show is a slimmed down version of the big show featuring the same 10 functional fitness zones preceded by a 500-meter run as all DEKA FIT events, giving you the opportunity to earn your DEKA FIT Mark, DEKA Trifecta, and Finishers Shirt & Medals!

DEKA is fitness gamified and designed for all levels. No matter your background or experience, DEKA will help you set your baseline so you can train with a purpose.

Additionally, DEKA Marks from this Road Show will be added to the Global Leaderboard which means you can also qualify at this event for the 2023 DEKA World Championships!

This DEKA FIT Puerto Rico Road Show is made possible with the assistance of DEKA Affiliate GetWorkout Fit Center and other partners listed below.

How this DEKA FIT Road Show differs from our traditional DEKA FIT:

  • Heavy focus on DEKA Affiliates.
  • Tickets are at their lowest price so there are no discounts available.
  • No Elite cash prizes but Elite Trophies & Age Group podiums are available!
  • No onsite DEKA Merchandise.
  • No bag check.
  • You may bring your own hydration and enjoy the onsite food vendor.

We have 5 different heat types:

Open Heat: open to all levels of fitness ages 10+.

Age Group Heat: eligible for Age Group recognition.

Elite Heat: eligible for Spartan Ram trophies.

DEKA FIT GORUCK: ruck or backpack – Male 30lb & Female 20lb. Eligible for GORUCK recognition.

Team Division: teams of 2 (Female, Male, & Co-Ed) divide and conquer the DEKA FIT Arena. Eligible for Team recognition.

What to expect

  • Arrival

    Plan to arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet and get warmed up.

  • What To Bring

    Your ID, Confirmation Email with QR Code, Hydration and Nutrition.

  • Spectators

    Your biggest fans are able to attend free of charge, but please make sure they bring a signed waiver with them. These will be collected before entering the venue.
