DEKA is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones – it’s fitness gamified and designed for all levels. No matter your background or experience, DEKA will help you set your baseline and train with a purpose. The SoCal DEKA FIT includes a 500-meter run before each zone, 5K total.

Test yourself against a global fitness standard, earn your DEKA Mark and commemorate your achievement with your finisher medal and t-shirt.

We have 5 different heat types:

• Open Heat: open to all levels of fitness
• Age Group Heat: eligible for Age Group recognition
• Elite Heat: eligible for prizing
• DEKA FIT Ruck: any ruck or backpack – Male 30lb & Female 20lb – a limited number of loaner rucks will be available on-site courtesy of GORUCK. Eligible for prizes from Titan 6 Actual. * Weight vests and plate carriers are not allowed.
• Team Division: Elite & Age Group Teams of all levels divide and conquer the DEKA FIT Arena in 2-Person Teams (Female, Male, & Co-Ed).</li/

Bring your friends and family to cheer you on!
Register your spectators for access to the festival and spectator-only viewing areas; kids 13 and under do not need a spectator pass.

ATHLETE JUDGE PROGRAM
DEKA is truly a fitness movement we all created together. To ensure a professionally judged racing experience for all athletes, we are launching the DEKA Athlete Judge Program at all DEKA FIT events.

How it works:

• During the weeks leading up to your race, all registered athletes will receive an email with the DEKA FIT SoCal Athlete Judge Sign-up Form to select their preferred Athlete Judge time. * You can also submit the Athlete Judge Sign-up Form before you receive the email.
• Within 1 hour of finishing your race (or anytime before your race), make your way to the Athlete Judge check-in area at Zone 1 to begin your 60 minute volunteer judging time.
