DEKA Fit
DEKA is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones – it’s fitness gamified and designed for all levels. No matter your background or experience, DEKA will help you set your baseline and train with a purpose. The Midwest DEKA FIT includes a 500-meter run before each zone, 5K total.
Test yourself against a global fitness standard, earn your DEKA Mark and commemorate your achievement with your finisher medal and t-shirt.
We have 5 different heat types:
Open Heat: open to all levels of fitness
Age Group Heat: eligible for Age Group recognition
Elite Heat: eligible for prizing
DEKA FIT GORUCK: any ruck or backpack – Male 30lb & Female 20lb – a limited number of loaner rucks will be available on-site courtesy of GORUCK. Eligible for prizes from Titan 6 Actual. * Weight vests and plate carriers are not allowed.
Team Division: teams of 2 (Female, Male, & Co-Ed) divide and conquer the DEKA FIT Arena.

What to expect

Arrival
Plan to arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet and get warmed up.

What to Bring
Your ID, Confirmation Email with QR Code, Hydration and Nutrition.

Spectators
Your biggest fans are able to attend free of charge, but please make sure they bring a signed waiver with them. These will be collected before entering the venue.
